My bachelorette party was last weekend. I had a such a great time!!! Cesca and Abby pulled out all the stops. We had a great room at the Beach House in Hermosa Beach. Fifteen girls showed up to celebrate with me...I didn't even know I knew that many girls. We were quite the scene heading out to start the night. Dinner was at Sangria, which is good but probably much better if there isn't a beach volleyball party going on while you're eating. It was really loud and extremely crowded, but fun.
After dinner we headed out to Union Cattle. Um... the name says it all. By the end of the night it was so packed I felt like cattle being drawn into the pen. They had a mechanical bull which I rode. Lisa and Katie took a crack at it too! good times. We looked hot! The Zellmers were in full force. Carrie was a little vixen. Abby was Katrina. Nichole made friends with everyone in the place. I was the perfect Zellmer, as usual. All us girls danced, drank and had a great time.
I'm a lucky girl to have such amazing friends. I felt so lucky all night to have such a beautiful entourage with me. I couldn't have thought of a better way to be sent off into married life.

Dreams and Illusions...
So we're back from Cabo. It was such a great time! We arrived at the Hotel Finisterra on Friday afternoon just in time for Happy Hour. The hotel was awesome and it was so much fun to hang out with our peeps in the pool. Such a great group turned out for the wedding.
Friday night we went out to an expensive, touristy but delicious dinner at Margaritavilla. Brian M. was getting his groove on with the mariachi band at the end of the meal. Then we moved over to the Nowhere Bar for some dancing. It was a great time until yours truly realized she drank WAY too much beer and ate WAY too many chips and salsa and her stomach couldn't handle any more dancing. Brian and I headed back early.
Saturday we spent in the pool before we had to get beautified for the wedding. Katie and Shaun looked absolutely gorgeous. They could have asked for a better setting. The ceremony was translated by Curtis, who earlier in the day was practicing his espanol translations with Brian. He is really happy that Shaun is going to support Katie through her "dreams and illusions." good times. The reception was full of all sorts of debauchery. Dan was a human prop mannequin. Cesca was breakdancing to Thriller. Meghan was doing body shots. Kristie was taking shots and getting low at limbo. Curtis was playing some kickass air guitar. The dance floor was on fire.
It was an amazing wedding. So amazing in fact that I'm completely stressing out that my very unorganized wedding has to follow such an eloquently planned event. Katie is the worlds best bride.

False alarm...
George Zellmoore is staying! I'm so happy!!!
I think what did it for Brian last night was George's fascination with Pablo, Brian's computer and apparently George's new gay lover. Any cat that loves a computer has a special place in Brian's heart.

on the rocks, please...
We are going to Cabo this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it, especially after this long week. Katie and Shaun's wedding is going to be a lot of fun. I'm excited to hang out with my best friends and a pitcher of margaritas...because you know that is how I relax.

Well we're not keeping George. Brian decided that he doesn't like living with a cat. I'm really sad because George is an awesome cat. It is so much fun having him around. Especially because he likes to cuddle and play so much.
So if you know anyone in need of an amazing kitten please let Brian know. George needs a good home. Just look how cute he is...

Karma Bless America...
We had a nice 4th. Spent the whole day on the Asbury's yacht with Ken, Jacqueline, Ken and Kersten. The whole day was really nice and relaxing. We all just hung around, talked about nothing and argued about nothing. I love days like that. The fireworks show was okay. I don't know if it was because I was so tired but I just wasn't that impressed. Though there were a couple of rad ones.
The traffic getting out of downtown was not fun! It took us an 1 and 45 min to get home. 45 min of that was getting from 3rd and Linden to the 710 on ramp. It was nuts!! I felt to so bad when we got home because George was home alone for a long time. But really I don't think cats care all that much. They are just happy to see you whenever. We had some really good make out session last night. That little guy is so sweet.
I started watching "Greys Anatomy"... it is good! I love Patrick Dempsey. I can't help but picture "Can't Buy Me Love" when I hear him talk. He could totally buy me for 1200 bucks!
